Youth Exchange 'Leadership Lab' 19 - 26 March 2024, Tykocin, Poland.

The Leadership Lab project marked a significant milestone as the first partnership project between Level Up International and the host organization Youth Human Impact. Together, they created an inspiring space for young people to explore the power of female leadership through non-formal education, intercultural exchange, and creative collaboration.

Participants engaged in a variety of dynamic workshops designed to build soft skills such as assertiveness, self-confidence, and teamwork. By examining real-life stories of influential women leaders, they exchanged experiences and gained valuable insight into leadership in multicultural environments.

The project also introduced innovative learning tools like Kahoot, Actionbound, and ChatGPT, making the educational experience interactive, modern, and engaging.

A major highlight of the project was the creation of five original short films focused on female leadership. Through international teamwork, participants channeled their creativity and diverse perspectives into impactful visual stories that celebrated empowerment and cooperation.

Leadership Lab not only strengthened leadership competencies but also fostered meaningful intercultural connections and a shared dedication to European values and active citizenship, setting a strong foundation for future collaborations between the partner organizations.
